Arrived on Monday, April 15th, 2024. The customer showed me too the left side of the home where their backflow too the sprinkler system was located. The customer explained that every year for 8 years he would need too play with the valve (that shuts the sprinkler system off) until it stopped leaking. The leak got too big and now called us out, we took off the insulation too see where the problem occurred and found a large crack in the brass valve behind the shut off valve. We recommended too replace the valve and too install a valve Closest too the ground with a hose bib right above it too drain the excess water in the backflow. We insured no leaks and throughly insulated the backflow as well. When Winter comes we recommend shutting off the backflow in this order. Step 1: turn the red top valve located towards the ground off. Call in Utility line locates and excavate section of sewer destroyed by electric company. We will splice in new piece of schedule 40 pvc with a 1 year warranty. We will remove dirt from the sewer line with high pressure jet hose. No warranty provided on jetting services 4/13 diagnosed break in sewer and set up dig crew and jetter 4/15 customer canceled as the power company is sending out their plumber. April 15, 2024 Upon arrival met with the homeowner she brings me to the master bathroom where her toilet is continuously running the fill valve in the tank is continuously filling up the tank. I recommend replacing the fill valve and flapper. She also took me outside to the left side of the home where she has a hose bib that is leaking I recommend changing the hose bib as well with a new vacuum breaker. We will disconnect the supply line and drain the tank We will remove the fill valve and flapper We will install the new fill valve and flapper We will replace the supply line with a new stainless steal line We will test the system to ensure everything is working properly We will replace angle stop that supplies, the toilet will come with a new stainless steel flex line. 4-15-24 Upon arrival I took a look at the shower cartridge that the customer was wanting to have replaced. I noticed that the set screw that holds the handle on was stripped out. I let the customer know that the screw was stripped out. The customer then used a drill to drill out the set screw to remove the handle so we could identify the cartridge type. Once I got the cartridge out, the customer left to go buy a replacement one. Once the customer arrived with the new cartridge, I installed it into the shower valve. I then installed the new trim kit which included a new handle and a new tub spout. After completion, I turned the water back on and tested everything to make sure there was no leaks and everything works as it should. There’s no leaks and the shower is working as it should. No warranty( customer provided parts). Work was done in the master bathroom of the apartment.

Upon arrival I was brought to the right hand side of the home. The customer stated they had tried to change out the pool fill and broke the copper piping coming out from the home. The customer wanted to keep the pool fill instead of switching it out to one of ours. The water was already shut off the home so I took off the old Backflow from the broken pipe and sanded down the piping coming from the home, I then added flux and a new copper male adapter to the line. I soldered on the copper male adapter and gave it some time to cool off. From there I added new valves to the pool fill and added teflon and pipe sealant to create a water tight seal. I moved around the old hose bib and pool fill valve to stick outwards since it was a new style valve. I then threaded on the new pool fill and tighten it down to the copper male adapter. From there I was able to turn on the water to the home to check and test for leaks. No leaks were found so I was able to clean up my mess. There is a 90 day warr
